We actually bought a second one too. When we bought the second, Josh upgraded the ring to 14kt white gold for no additional cost!! He also included a care kit and expedited the shipping. The new ring arrived only days after I placed the order. Such kindness and swift resolution I have never encountered from a seller. He truly understands how to take care of his customers, he is easy to talk to, responds quickly and is very kind. I cannot express my appreciation for Josh in taking care of us.
